It is a new hotel. Everything is new. It looks like clean, but still much ants in the room.

The room is too small, the most expensive room is also small, and it is said in website that the room is sea view room. But it just face to sea, I can't see any sea, the buildings front are too high.

We could get into the room already early in the morning on the day of arrival. Exzellent bathroom, modern interieur.

Beside tha fact that the staff couldn't manage fast breakfast, we didn't like the breakfast and choose an outside place.

Room on 6th floor was great, breakfast very good, room was very silence

Small tidy rooms and good aircon

My boyfriend and I had a very good experience at Green Peace Hotel. The staff were all quite accommodating and helpful, especially Anh, who assisted us with our train tickets and other activities. Our room was clean and beds a little firm but comfy nonetheless. The power went out for a short while a few times during our stay but I don't believe this was any fault of the hotel, as the brownouts seemed to occur for the entire block. The location is great, just a few blocks from the beach and great restaurants like Olivia and Ganesh are just a few steps from the hotel. It was an excellent value overall. Spend a few more dollars though and book a deluxe room to be on a higher floor and to have more room.

the staff is very friendly and support us as much as they can. The breakfast is ok for a small running hotel.

The lack of english made things interesting.Fruit on the breakfast menu would have been nice.Large suitcases in a small room can be difficult.

Everything, extremely friendly and helpfull staff with great English, very celan room with nice design,perfect location, good breakfast and just 5 mins from train station and beach.

Staff was very helpfull. Rooms are small but very clean en super modern. Great shower. Great breakfast. We arrived very early in the morning and got streat away a room. Close to the beach and situated next to all good restaurants. Steakhouse was very excellent with best service. Next to the hotel is a nice bar to go. Booked a great snorkeltrip via the hotel.

New hotel with good service and cleany room

The hotel did not live up to the expectations that the pictures on the website showed. Building work going on throughout our stay, starting at 7.00 in the morning. This was not the fault of the hotel and is not uncommon in Nha Trang.

Rooms are clean but narrow.

Neighbours and hotel itself were renovating, this means getting awake at 7 o'clock with a lot of noise this doesn't stop till the evening.

The bed was soft. The pillows were great. The towels were thick and clean. The bathroom fixtures actually fitted flush with the wall. The staff were able to arrange an airport taxi for our flight to Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is close to the beach and cafes and restaurants.

The room was advertised as 20 square metres when it could only have been 10 square metres for the bedrrom with another 3 square meters max for the ensuite bathroom. Maybe they gave the external measurements but internally, where you live was very, very tight. Staff management was poor as on two days we were absent from 8am until 2pm and the room had not been cleaned. We then received a knock on the door at 4.30pm to clean the room. On both of these days we had left the door sign on the door requesting the room be made up - I am thinking the cleaners thought it was a 'do not disturb' sign.
